We have another masterful decode from Corporal Joe Bauers, this time of the I Pet Goat II predictive programming series. He is saying something is scheduled for this week. We did a previous feature on the Corporal in relation to the 143 Katy Perry music video if you have not seen that yet. On the expected dates no major disaster did occur as planned or predicted. Once again observation changes the outcomes or something shifted in the timelines and it was never meant to be in this timeline. How such things work in relation to the stars is still a mystery.
Many have attempted to decode this video, but none have succeeded as per the results of their decodes. Will this time be any different? Such powers are beyond our abilities to predict accurately or to say for sure what will happen in future timelines with infinite possibilities. For those disappointed, perhaps you should be grateful that their wicked plans are continually disrupted and altered based on such observations. Rather than complaining, look at the other side of the scale.
As an example, here is a video from February 2010 from Bill Ryan of Project Camelot in which he talks about that appears to be the start of the Covid-19 Bio-Weapons release in which “China will catch a Cold” and the depopulation agenda starts on scale. Back then they were expecting WW3 to start in 2008 timeframe under Obama. But listen to the part on the nuclear attack on Iran by Israel which starts the wider War. Everything laid in this video is still very much in play today.
So you see the more we avoid and escape these plans, the more we end up back to where we started. As the War with Iran is still on the go and in progress as we speak in August 2024, as Israel just assassinated another Iranian General inside of Iran and is currently attacking positions in Syria and Lebanon. That War with Iran and Israel and the wider WW3 with China is still very much inevitable.

* The extreme state of tension will be used to justify heavy social and military controls in all western first world nations. Plans are already in place for that.
* During the nuclear ceasefire, there is planned to be a covert release of biological weapons. These will initially be targeted against the Chinese. Source says he was told, "China will catch a cold". Biological warfare will spread further, to the west. Infrastructure will be critically weakened.
* This is intended to be just the beginning. After this, a full nuclear exchange would be triggered: the "real" war, with widespread destruction and loss of life. Source claims that the planned population reduction through these combined means is 50%. He heard this figure stated in the meeting.
After watching the video note the similarities between what they were planning back 14 years ago and the reality we are living in now post the Covid-19 Vaccines Operation Warped Seed by the Father of the Vaccines President Donald Trump. Notice that the Plandemic starts in Wuhan at the World Military Games and is then taken over by the Pentagram’s Operation Warped Seed under the wicked MisLeadership of Trump.
