My point in all of this is that if we do not remember our humanity, then what are we fighting for? The human race, if it cannot be human, is never going to be seen as worth saving by Ai.

So to the extent that nations like Israel behave like robots and terminators, they will justify the actual terminators exterminating them, the people of Israel in this case, because even the Ai system will make a decision saying, well, these people aren't human, which is especially ironic because Israel says that about Palestinians.
So one of the key strategies of sort of pre-genocide warming up exercises is to dehumanize your opponent, dehumanize the masses that you're about to exterminate. And this is why Israel has long taught their children to speak about Palestinians as subhuman animals.
