By coming out and saying publicly it at the Globalist Elite Club known as the Council on Foreign Relations, the former CIA Director is admitting that yes Chemtrails as a Technology is real. So another pesky Conspiracy Theory becomes self evident fact, straight out of the horse’s mouth. It is the CIA after all, how can we not trust the CIA?
All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
In these short two minutes, watch how many things Brennan admits to as being a valid active technology and how many Climate Change as the New Religion Agenda items this little technology covers. Watch for the Keywords because the New Religion is literally now Climate Change.
Another example is the array of technologies, often referred to collectively as Geoengineering. that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change. One that has gained my personal attention is Stratospheric Aerosol injection, or SAI, a method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun's heat in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do.
An SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels. This process is also relatively inexpensive.
The National Research Research Council estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10 billion yearly, as promising as it may be moving forward on sai would also raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community.
On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.
On the geopolitical side, that technology's potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions of the world at the expense of other regions could trigger sharp opposition by some nations.
Others might seize on SAI as benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions.
And as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI and other Geoengineering initiatives.
I could go on and on and on and on about the things that fascinate me. But rather than talk about them, I thought I'd stop here and start the conversation with Judy and then I can take some of your questions.

At the event, the religious leaders signed the "Jerusalem Declaration on Climate," in which the signatories urgently pledged to address climate change's challenges.
Just a Brennan, the CIA Cult MisLeader was saying, the standards and norms that were lacking from his speech are now being codified again with little Zionist Israel leading the charge. What a strange coincidence that his location is the center of action yet again. It was the chosen location for this document to be ratified.
And as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI and other Geoengineering initiatives.

Climate protesters scale major UK bridge
One of the protesters, Morgan Trowland, posted on Twitter a clip of himself at the top of the bridge.
"I'm willing to do this 'cos I'm not willing to sit back and see everything burn," he wrote.
The 39-year-old, who said he was a bridge design engineer, said he felt compelled to take action because of government policies.
"Our government has enacted suicidal laws to accelerate oil production -- killing human life and destroying our environment," he said.
"I can't challenge this madness in my desk job, designing bridges, so I'm taking direct action, occupying the QE2 bridge until the government stops all new oil."
Another protester, identified as Marcus, a 33-year-old teacher, added: "Only direct action will now help to reach the social tipping point we so urgently need."
Don’t become one of these fools gluing themselves to objects or dangling themselves from high places in the name of temporary fame for the new Cult Religion of Climate Change. What madness that infected this rational thought?
That is the precisely the issue, something has interfered in the rational though process of these types of folks. And we just read and heard the former CIA Director advocating for more Cultists. Who would know more about Mind Control and Mind Manipulation than the CIA?
This Cult Member needs more Protein in his Diet.
In closing, the War is on and this new Cult Religion of Climate Change has a clear and precise target for elimination; Fossil Fuels. By whatever means necessary, the Cultists will have their way, because they are in league with the Green Communists enacting the radical new Green Agenda items like Netzero and Agenda 2030.
