The overall answer for Mankind is that we are not ready for Disclosure and hence why Governments are so hesitant to share this body of knowledge. Because we as a Human Species cannot handle it. We are not a peace with ourselves so how can we make peace with a totally alien set of creatures we have only seen in the films?

The premise of this post is also the Letter from a Reptilian Draco Zon who lives in the 4th Dimension, but is offering a way forward between the Species of Earth. Because some of the Reptilian Dracos that have not evolved or ascended like Zon, are here in the 3rd Dimension stuck here with us and live below ground with us; the crypto-terrestrials. How to make Peace with Alien Species?
How do we make Peace Deals with Aliens when we cannot even have Peace between the Races of Mankind? Draco Zon is on point when he asks us to look in the mirror and consider it from the point of view of an invading species or one trying to make contact with mankind? We are a violent, divisive, segregated lot of Races, Religions, Tribes, Nations, States and Belief Systems with many languages.
Who or What even speaks for all of Mankind? Please do not resort to the thought of the MisLeader Cult of MAGA Trump as the spokesman for Mankind, because that is truly a puke worthy thought. We at CTN absolutely and categorically reject his authority on these matters. He does not speak or us nor does he represent us.
So then who represents us all? That is part of the multifaceted dilemma here at hand for mankind. We have been at War with each other since the start of our arrival on this planet and we do not appear to have ever stopped fighting, killing or raping innocents like livestock.
These are some of the Options before Mankind at the prospect of Peace with one or more Alien Species. How is this matter going to be handled in these timelines? These are not all of the Options obviously because remember the universal first principles are always in play. The Prime Directive was non-intervention and freewill.

A higher authority arrives on the scene to sort out the mess and make the deal.

The United Nations cuts a deal with the Galactic Federation for mutual trade and recognition with a Peace Treaty as the foundation of the new deal with Mankind. In that regard they are far ahead of all the Religions, because their Office for Outer Space Affairsis already up and running issues directives and reports. Where is the Church in this regard? Answer, so far missing in action and asleep at the wheel.

No consensus can be reached and everyone makes their own side deals. In a truly freewill universal construct this option is the one most equitable on a case by case basis where the deals are made with pre-conditions and conditional acceptances.

The Alien Pope Agenda from the Vatican pushes Mankind towards a deal, where one or more Religions succumb to the deceit and deception and make bad deals.
The most likely scenario is our view and analysis is that Option C and E will be combined to give us a Peace Deal for mutual recognition, trade and diplomatic relations as the best way forward. That is how it will be packaged and sold to us.
We started by asking Who or What represents Mankind? Answer, the UN does by default and we have already given that consent for its global governance by being a member nation state in that global organization. And when the WEF NGO type of deep pocket organizations join in with the Vatican Jesuits then we are cooked.
The decision will be made for us at the highest level because we have already given away our sovereignty and authority to such organizations by default when we elect national governments into power. Our freewill was exercised at that level and at that stage. So we have already surrendered our authority to these powers.
And by the way the Galactic Federation is run by the Reptilians, so what type of a Peace Deal are we really going to get. If that Peace Deal is an euphuism for the Terms of Surrender instead then we are in deep trouble and deep do-do. But this Option in our view is the most likely Scenario and most manageable one for us all.
Those refuse to go along with the party at hand, then what becomes of those poor livestock members? The poor chickens will have to revolt yet unite just like in the infamous book Animal Farm and work with the pig and cow to protect their own mutual interests outside of imposed governmental authority by the UN or WEF.
Therefore, we have to speak out and speak up for yourself as a Free Man of Earth who was created by the Creator and was exiled here until his return back to the Heavens. And thus we at CTN conditionally accept a peace agreement with Draco Zon.

Which Peace are we even talking about here? What was your assumption here? Are we even at Peace with ourselves? How can we make Peace when we are not even in a state of peace with ourselves or our own neighbors, nations and religions?

We end with the matter of Questions and Answers and when to stop asking them. For this analogy that Draco Zon will understand involves a being he may have met in his past named Khidr, a mysterious immortal Saint within Islamic eschatology.
The story of Musa (Moses) and Khidr in the Quran involves a significant agreement between the two figures. Here are the terms of their deal:
