China learns from Nazi Sympathizers in Canada and blocks Protestor Bank accounts
Remember when the Ukrainian Nazi Sympathizer aka Deputy Prime Minister of Canada Chrystia Freeland seized the bank accounts of Canadian Freedom Truck Convoy Protestors in Ottawa, Canada? Now China has just done the same thing with protestors in Shanghai which was just recently released from this draconian lockdown.
SHANGHAI, June 16 (Reuters) - A protest planned by hundreds of bank depositors in central China seeking access to their frozen funds has been thwarted because the authorities have turned their health code apps red, several depositors told Reuters.
The depositors were planning to travel to the central province of Henan this week from across China to protest against an almost two-month block on accessing at least $178 million of deposits, which has left companies unable to pay workers and individuals unable to access savings.
"They are putting digital handcuffs on us," said a depositor from Sichuan province surnamed Chen, who declined to use his full name for fear of government retribution.
A man surnamed Liu, who lives in Hubei province, found that his health code turned red on the morning of June 12 after he registered the day before to travel to Henan.
Liu had planned to travel to a protest planned for Monday in the Henan provincial capital Zhengzhou, where he had hoped to get his money back. The protest would have been the latest among numerous such demonstrations in Henan in recent months.
Welcome to the digital gulag of China where you can be literally turned off with an app. Your bank account frozen and your travel pass turned to red aka no traveling for you all from central command with just a few mouse click and keystrokes. It has become that easy now to control millions of Chinese.
What does a Bank Run in China look like? Millions of Depositors suddenly realizing their bank accounts are frozen and no amount of protesting will change that. Desperate people will do desperate things and therefore if you can prevent their movement you can control their behavior. Behavior modication was the Ai’s end goal.
Depositors from the southern Zhejiang province communicating over WeChat compiled a spreadsheet seen by Reuters in which they self-reported 1.2 billion yuan ($177.55 million) in frozen funds across the three banks.
As the banks have customers across China, magazine Caixin on April 30 reported the frozen amount could total $1.5 billion.
What is the lesson for Americans and the Collective Western nations that are now an unstoppable path towards Communism?
Remember when China takes America officially then that is the system they will implement here. By that time they will have perfected it by testing it on their own population. Green code you can travel and Red means you go outside you get a fine or arrested or jailed and your bank account may be blocked in the process. These are fruits of the bitter tree of Communist ideology.
