New York Health Workers Ask Federal Court for Relief from Compulsory Covid Vaccines

UPDATE: Early on September 14, 2021, The United States District Court for the Northern District of New York granted a Temporary Restraining Order against the governor of New York and her administration in Dr. A, et al. v. Kathy Hochul, et al. If the governor’s legal team opposes the TRO conversion to a preliminary injunction, the defense attorneys will need to show cause during an in-person oral argument at 10 a.m. (Eastern) on September 28, 2021, at the United States Courthouse in Utica, New York.
